Blocking
Today, we are going to learn about blocking. Sometimes when you crochet an item, especially, a square…it just isn’t quite the right shape. That is where blocking comes in. You can stretch a piece to the right dimensions. You also need to starch some items so that they will hold their shape. It is especially useful to starch doilies and other thread works.
