Halter Pattern

I know that I promised you a halter tutorial at the beginning of this month, but have as yet to deliver.  I’m still working on it.  I’ve hit a little snag with the measurements.  I promise that I am working to get this to all of you…even if it takes until next summer   Keep your fingers crossed and maybe I’ll get it done soon.  It is really hard working on something like this when you are away from your sewing room.
